Billing and Refunds

Last updated: April 1, 2026

This page explains how KryptoPay approaches platform fees, merchant refunds, and the irreversible nature of onchain payment flows.

KryptoPay fees

KryptoPay may charge platform fees, subscription fees, usage-based fees, or other fees as described in pricing terms, order forms, or your commercial agreement.

Merchant-to-customer refunds

KryptoPay provides payment infrastructure and does not control the merchant's customer service, delivery, or refund decisions. Merchants are responsible for their own refund policies and for handling refunds to their customers.

Payment finality and mistaken payments

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once submitted and confirmed. Customers and merchants should carefully verify wallet addresses, network selection, token selection, and payment details before sending funds.

KryptoPay is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported tokens, unsupported networks, user error, wallet compromise, or customer mistakes outside KryptoPay's control.

Subscription cancellation

If KryptoPay offers recurring subscriptions, cancellation terms, billing cycles, and any notice periods will be described in the pricing or order documentation.
